DAZN recently struggled with failures in the Champions League broadcast. We’ll show you how you can still be there live if there’s a disruption.

In the group phase of the Champions League, the 2nd matchday is coming up. Today, September 14th, DAZN is showing the games Real Madrid vs. RB Leipzig, Borussia Dortmund vs. Manchester City and FC Chelsea vs. RB Salzburg.

But fans are wondering: will the servers hold up this time? Because last week, the service struggled with massive problems at the start and even had to set up makeshift access. It cannot be ruled out that there will be problems, at least for a short time, due to the large crowds. In such a case, you should first do the following:

• Try logging into DAZN on another device.
• In case of problems, delete the cache of the app or the browser.
• Also keep the Twitter account DAZN Help in view. Here you will find direct help if the worst comes to the worst.

If the streams fail completely, you can also switch to the ARD audio library. This broadcasts all games with German participation free of charge in full – but only as an audio stream.
