Without a doubt, two of the biggest releases of 2020. Final Fantasy VII Remake officially arrived in stores on April 10, although the pandemic situation has made its release follow different plans than the originals. A few weeks before, DOOM Eternal it did the same with both its console and PC versions. Now id Software and Bethesda have wanted Pay tribute to the launch of this long-awaited remake with an illustration that you will love.
The DOOM official account has recently released an official art which is intended only as a tribute to FF7 Remake. You just have to take a look to realize it. The Doom Slayer poses in front of a towering citadel of hell with the Crucible on his back in a composition that, both for its posture and for the distribution of everything, is totally reminiscent of the mythical image of Cloud Strife with his Deadly Sword in front of the Shinra Building. You can see it below.

Quite a nod from one great game to another great game. There is no doubt that Bethesda knows perfectly well the magnitude of the launch of FFVII Remake, a title that is leaving no one indifferent. If you have not already done with it and you are doubting, remember that you can read our analysis of Final Fantasy 7 Remake to clear any possible doubt. Although, we already anticipated it, few experiences are as shocking as the one you can live in Midgar.
