Even after being sentenced to one year’s probation, the dragon lord still hasn’t calmed down. The public prosecutor’s office is not satisfied with the verdict and plans to appeal.

It didn’t take a day after the conviction of the Youtubers Drachenlord, and the next bad news for Rainer Winkler is already on the horizon. The public prosecutor plans to appeal the verdict. She did so at the October trial, where he was sentenced to two years in prison without parole. Not enough for the prosecutor. At the hearing on March 23, the court ruled even more leniently and sentenced him to one year’s imprisonment on probation with some conditions.

So it’s no wonder that the public prosecutor’s office is now appealing again and is trying to get another prison sentence without parole before the Bavarian Supreme Court. When exactly the new hearing will take place is not yet known.

For years, Rainer Winkler has been followed by so-called haters, who kept appearing on his doorstep in Emskirchen to provoke the Youtuber. Many police operations and physical attacks were the result. After the verdict in October, the dragon lord sold his house and has been traveling all over Germany in a car ever since.
