So far, BioWare has been very reluctant to release new information about Dragon Age: Dreadwolf. In a new blog post, the developers now take a closer look at at least a few game elements.
It’s almost masterful how well BioWare keeps all information about Dragon Age: Dreadwolf under wraps. Since the announcement in 2018, only very sparse chunks of information have been published. Even the leaks that are constantly occurring in other titles only affected the role-playing game to a very small extent. In other words, we only learn what the developers really want to tell us.

In a new blog post, BioWare talks about gameplay elements like your character’s skill trees and customization options. You don’t have to expect game scenes or new screenshots, rather the details are enriched by design documents from the planning phase.
Unsurprisingly, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf has multiple skill trees, often related to a specific class. In the best CRPG manner, the game should not impose any artificial limits on you. Instead, you can equip your character with abilities from each tree and thus tinker the perfect warrior for your purposes. The possibilities for character customization are therefore not put a stop to and multi-class builds should definitely be possible.
On the subject of customization and skill trees, BioWare continues: “From features like the detailed stats page that appeals to RPG enthusiasts, to hand-crafted locations for you to explore, and more, design is a subject we’ll talk about forever could talk. We’ll come back to that in the future when we talk about other parts of the game.” Everything rather nebulous so continue.
When we will finally find out concrete details is still in the stars. In October 2022, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf reached alpha status. That means you can play through it from start to finish. Of course, there is still a lot of polishing missing and whole parts of the role-playing game can still change.
