The long wait will soon be over: Electronic Arts and BioWare today jointly announced the long-awaited release date of the RPG epic Dragon Age: The Veilguard. So now it’s time for you to get your calendars out!
You can now mark October 31, 2024 in red, because on this day the new Dragon Age will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC (Steam, EA App, Epic Games Store) after years of development. Pre-orders are now also possible with the announcement of the release date, and you can choose between different editions.
In addition to a Standard Edition, there is also a Deluxe Edition, which includes exclusive cosmetic in-game items that you can use to further personalize your journey in the new installment of the series. Those who pre-order the Standard Edition will also receive the cosmetic Blood Dragon armor set for the Warrior, Mage, and Rogue classes, while early purchasers of the Deluxe Edition will also receive additional cosmetic items, namely: three Rook armor sets, six Rook weapons, seven Companion armor sets, and seven Companion weapons.
And another piece of information has been confirmed: EA Play Pro members will receive unlimited access to the EA Play Pro Edition via the EA app from the day of release.
