The first DLC for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is called A New Force Awakens: Part 1 and will be released on April 28th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. It continues Son Goku's adventures to DBZ, introducing characters like Whis and Beerus, and the Dragon Ball Super storyline. The DLC is included in the Ultimate Edition, but can also be purchased separately.
A new force awakens: Part 1 can be reached from the main game at any time, regardless of whether you have played it through or not. You experience Son Goku's training with Whis to achieve a new transformation and to compete against Beerus as a Super Saiyan god. The transformation should then also be usable in the main game. Beerus is said to be by far the most powerful boss.
A new force awakens: Part 2 is to follow later in the year, and a multiplayer mode in the form of a card game is also to follow. However, there are no specific dates yet.
