“Dying Light has been a wonderful journey, and we thank the community for supporting the game with us over the past seven years,” Techland said. “However, we also understand that the large number of updates and DLC released for our game can be intimidating for new and returning players. We don’t want you to miss any part of the full Dying Light experience.”
“We are very pleased with this awesome community who have fully embraced their Harlan experience and have continually inspired us to pursue higher goals. This release marks an important moment in the history of Dying Light. A On the one hand, it’s a tribute to seven years of tremendous love and support for the game; on the other hand, it’s the finale of our adventures in Harlan. But let’s see what the future brings.
“Once again, we’re very happy with the awesome memories this game has given us, mostly because of our amazing community. However, we also feel like it’s moving forward and turning our attention to the brand new The perfect time to venture out in the city of Wiledo.”
As a thank you, Techland will distribute the Harran Tactical Unit Bundle, a free DLC, to all players within two weeks of the Final Edition’s premiere. This offer will be available on Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, PlayStation Store and Microsoft Store on Xbox.
For those who don’t want to end the fun, the studio says it will keep a steady stream of replays of previous events for you to enjoy.
