The conditions to have the debuff
After a few hours of play you finally meet an NPC, son. The latter will eventually invite you to a location located in the very southwest of the map, the stronghold of the round table ! There you will find several NPCs, each with their use.

But don’t panic! The solution to get rid of it is quite simple. In your inventory there is usually an item called canopy blessing. Consume it and after a few seconds this mark will disappear, allowing you to restore your maximum life.
