place of torment
Okäse, then we’ll explain to you what you better keep away from in Elden Ring if you don’t want to torment yourself unnecessarily at the beginning of the game.
You can pretty much find the Elden Ring equivalent of the friendly beginner’s cave at the very beginning of the game. Whereby Find
would be putting it too kindly. More like that: You can fall into a nasty beginner’s trap if you’re not careful!
how PC Gamer found a ruin waiting near the first Place of Grace in Limgrave: The Dragon-burned Ruines. You can find the location west of the spawn point, in the middle of a swampy lake. So you can fall into the trap after just a few minutes of play. And then you have a problem.
That awaits you
You will find a chest in a subterranean vault at said location, as they lure with loot in many places. But instead of rewarding you, Elden Ring punishes you for finding it.

Stone enemies are unfazed by many sword attacks. According to PC Gamer, they can at least be injured with the two-handed attack.

And you can’t get out of the dungeon that easily, since you can’t just teleport back to a place of mercy. So you have no choice but to sneak, run or fight your way out before you can leave this place again.
But maybe the Treasure Chest of Treasures is just the thing for bored Souls veterans who are being spooked by the friendlier
Elden Ring approach lacks the hardcore experience needed? Will you avoid the place like the plague or happily visit it?
