THQ Nordic have unveiled a new trailer for upcoming sequel ELEX II which features the combat of game. Pre-orders are now available.
ELEX II New Trailer Features Weapons, Magic, Combat and More; Pre-Orders Now Available
ELEX II has gotten a new trailer that previews some of the action combat with a range of weapons including chainsaws, axes, guns, scythes, bows, rockets and more. There also seems to be an array of laser weapons if your usual hack and slash weapons don’t suffice. The post on the THQ website also teases you can use melee, magic or ranged combat to take down the mixture of sci-fi looking enemies or use a combination of all three, which sounds like quite the variety of combat style.
The trailer also announces that the game is now available for pre-order on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series S|X and Xbox One.
In case you missed it, ELEX II also got a factions trailer previously, showing off five playable factions, the Berserkers, the Outlaws, the Albs, the Clerics and the Morkons.
The first title ELEX was released in 2017 as a single-player Action-RPG by the same developer who worked on the Gothic and Risen series. In ELEX II players will return to the post-apocalyptic set sci-fi world of Magalan. The world is a mix of sci-fi and medieval-looking fantasy.
ELEX II will be releasing on Playstation 5, Xbox Series, Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam on March 1st 2022. Pre-orders now available for $49.99/$49.99/£38.99 on PC and $59.99/$59.99/£48.99 on consoles.
