Epic Games Store Launches Halloween Sale: The Best Deals

Halloween is coming up soon!

The starts to coincide with the scariest month of the year Epic Games Store a big sale. The discount campaign runs until November 5, 2020 and attracts with discounts of up to 75 percent.

Mortal Shell

The action role-playing game Mortal Shell not only looks like Dark Souls, but is also similarly challenging. In the debut work of the developer studio Cold Symmetry you can expect a gloomy and desolate atmosphere, as you know from the Soulsborne titles.

In the game, you take on the role of a skeletal creature that can slip into various shells. These differ in their style of play, different skills and character values. The different levels are linked by a large open word area in which there are also many hidden paths. At the end of this, a new item is not infrequently waved.

Dead Cells

Dead Cells is a mixture of Rogue-Lite and Metroidvania and is newly created by the development studio Motion Twin RogueVania designated. In the game, you have to slice your way through impressively staged levels, in which you will repeatedly meet new types of opponents. The game is far from easy, so it is important to remember the different attack patterns.

At the end of a level you will often be confronted with a nasty boss. If you die in the game, you have to start over – Permadeath is typical for this genre. There are different weapons and tools that you can find and improve on your way. There is also a dealer who provides you with permanent upgrades.

The levels are structured differently with each game run and invite you to explore. Dead Cells has already sold over a million times and is one of the most popular representatives of the genre. Red Dead Redemption 2

Red Dead Redemption 2 should be known to everyone by now. The cinematic story and the beautiful open world are among the best the genre has to offer. In this multiplayer variant you can create your own character, complete a quest, go hunting or pursue other activities – of course also in cooperation with other players.
