This year there is another Christmas promotion in the Epic Games Store that will give you lots of free games. The next title is now available – and now you have to stay tuned every day!
The Epic Games Store has been running a special Christmas promotion for several years. As a result, there are not only numerous discounts on newer titles – analogous to the Steam Winter Sale. In fact, Epic Games is also releasing lots of free full PC versions.
The store made a name for itself early on by offering one or even several PC games free of charge week after week; During the Christmas season, however, full versions were sometimes given out every day for a certain period of time. We’ve reached this point again this year, with even more titles than before. Traditionally there have always been between 12 and 15 free games, but this time there are a whopping 17.
The official starting signal for the campaign was given last week when… Destiny 2 in the Legacy Collection for free for one week until December 20th. As of yesterday evening, the campaign’s second title is now DNF Duel to have. This means that a leak from billbil_kun, who had previously reported this, once again turned out to be accurate – a circumstance that is hardly surprising, because this leaker has a success rate of virtually 100 percent.
If you want to have DNF Duel, you have to be quick, because the action continues this evening. From now on we have settled into a daily rhythm and the campaign with the free mystery games in the Epic Games Store is in full swing.
Due to the teaser image for the new game, there is already a lot of speculation online as to which title will be offered starting this evening. In the rumor mill, The Forst, The Sims 4 and VVVVVV are in the raffle due to different theories. Certainty will prevail at 5pm when DNF Duel is replaced accordingly.
