Epic Games has started the annual summer sale in its own store and Steam competitor. From now on you can get various titles with great discounts – and also benefit from an increase in the Epic rewards.
If you want to stock up on fresh game fodder again in summer, you will now find what you are looking for in the Epic Games Store. That’s where the summer sale has started, which now offers discounts of up to 75 percent on numerous full versions. The discount campaign runs until August 3, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. German time.
What is there to dust off on offer? The quite current Dead Island 2 gets a price reduction of 25 percent, Red Dead Redemption 2 is 67 percent cheaper and is sold for less than 20 dollars over the virtual counter, Alan Wake Remastered is available for just under 12 dollars and the Grand Theft Auto V: Premium Edition is also available for just under 15 dollars. You can find many other offers in Epic Games Store
If the price reductions alone are not good enough for you, there is another piece of news that is interesting in this context. At the beginning of the year, the Epic Rewards were introduced, which gave you an additional 5 percent discount on qualifying purchases in the form of a corresponding reward. These rewards will be increased to 10 percent for a limited time, so you can get double the discount here. This promotion not only includes the discounted titles, but can also be applied to the entire product catalogue. As always, Epic Rewards will be credited to your Rewards Balance 14 days after purchase.
Away from the summer sale, there are two free full PC versions to be had: Murder by Numbers and the RPG epic The Elder Scrolls Online. This is possible until next Thursday, before the two titles are replaced for free by Homeworld in the Remastered Collection and Severed Steel.
