Also yesterday, Thursday evening, new free offers started in the Epic Games Store. Two titles are now available for free, including a World War II shooter.
Last week there was already an Epic Games Store with Obduction and Offworld Trading Company two full versions for the PC free of charge
If you have an account in the store, you can now get Defense Grid: The Awakening, a tower defense game that was originally released in 2008. You have to defend a base against a horde of invading aliens using an arsenal of various fortifications and defenses.
For many players, however, the second free offer this week should be more interesting: It is the authentic shooter Verdun, which is set in the First World War. Originally, the good piece, which also features massive online combat and historically accurate weapons, was released in 2015.
Also in the coming week there will be two free offers from Thursday evening. On the one hand, this is the first-person shooter Mothergunship, in which you can also build your own weapons in the fight against aliens. On the other hand, simulation fans can look forward to Train Sim World 2 and build and expand a rail network in the best possible way.
