Warning, spoilers for Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree ahead.
A data miner appears to have discovered some dialogue from Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree’s famously taciturn final boss that FromSoftware cut out, leaving you with no time to even say hello before a deadly meteor shower begins.
Yes, it turns out that the extra dialogue for Santa Trina that Elden Ring detectives discovered and restored last week wasn’t the only thing that was cut from the DLC files, there’s a lot more that Miyazaki and his colleagues ultimately chose not to have the character voiced.

These latest lines, which pertain to Promised Consort Radahn, were discovered by a Reddit user (thanks, TheGamer) who was poring over the game’s Japanese dialogue files to see if there were any notable differences between those and the English version.
It seems that Radha Khan is not completely silent, but initially speaks three lines: “I am Radha Khan”, “Born of Radagon the Red Mane, Born of Raynara the Full Moon”, and finally “A lion born for battle”. This is definitely a funny Tinder or Hinge profile, you have to give this guy a thumbs up.
“I know a lot of people don’t like that Radahn is silent in combat, but FromSoftware originally seemed to plan for him to speak,” the data miners said, and if their findings are anything to go by, “I don’t know at what stage [they’d have played] or [if it would have been] In the cutscene, but the dialogue is here.”
The big question, of course, is why it seems the decision was made not to have him say these fairly innocuous lines – at least on the surface – which don’t actually do much to illuminate his character, other than the fact that we already know more lore from people on YouTube than Raya Lucaria’s great library could hold. If I had to guess, I’d probably say that it seems similar to Santa Trina’s dialogue – FromSoft choosing not to be as explicit in its description of events and how they tie these various characters together.
