According to ESRB, it looks like The Medium is about to land on PlayStation 5.
The Entertainment Software Rating Committee listed The Medium on PS5 (thanks to Gematsu).
Bloober Team’s third-person psychological horror game was originally released on the PC Xbox Series X/S, and it was released on the first day of Xbox Game Pass.
The game places you in Marianne, a medium haunted by illusions that can interact with two worlds: the real world and the spiritual world.
The game was released in January and received a mixed and average review of universal support. Nevertheless, the game profited from the initial sales a few days after its launch.
In our review, Tom thinks this is an excellent old-school horror game, but it feels lacking in some respects.
“If you are after action and complete horror, The Medium may make you want it, and it’s pretty good,” Tom said. “It’s more like a slow burning, distorted plot disintegrating in six to eight hours. I find the rhythm is ideal, and the game adds enough high-intensity moments to the mix to keep it interesting. “Don’t expect traditional bosses. War, encounters are designed to be daunting and terrifying, not difficult. “
He did praise the impressive effect of the two worlds displayed side by side, the way Marian moves in each world the same, and how the game triggers a complete switch between worlds.
