A couple of weeks ago Codemasters announced F1 2020, the new installment of sports racing simulation that will launch next July 10 for PS4, Xbox One, PC and Stadia. After presenting the video game with a spectacular vehicle-focused trailer, the company has shown for the first time the gameplay of the delivery.
At new video published by Codemasters the company wanted to show a race on the Zandvoort Circuit who had planned to host their championship this weekend in the world competition before seeing the planning for the COVID-19 pandemic crushed. In this video the pilot selected by the company has been Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing, who competes in his own house. You can see it under these lines.
"Located between the coastal dunes of the province in the North of Holland, the Zandvoort circuit is a traditional style racing track", explained from Codemasters in the text that accompanies the new video:" In preparation for his return in 2020, the circuit has a new paddock and escape areas, with sections of the track improved to create exciting racing moments. "From this stage highlight their two banked curves, unique on the competition circuits; worthy of mention is the final curve, which has an angle of eighteen degrees, very useful for last minute overtaking.
Cover variations by country
In addition to this first video of the gameplay of F1 2020, Codemasters has released the covers of the game: there are four variants along with the Michael Schumacher Deluxe Edition and Steelbook Deluxe Editions. The cover of F1 2020 will vary depending on the country, changing the pilot that stars in the chart and with an international edition starring Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel. Carlos Sainz and Sergio Prez will star in the Spanish and Mexican version. For the France, Italy and Belgium version the selected riders will be Charles Leclerc and Max Verstappen. Kimi Rikknen and Daniel Ricciardo will be the image in Poland and Australia.
