News receipt plan Faced with Apple, here is the equivalent of the Mac Mini on Windows 11
As we were scrolling the Boulanger website looking for interesting deals, we came across this product…that we didn’t know about. The ideacentre AIO 5 27IOB6-945 (complete designations must always be interpreted) is a fairly powerful PC that has the special feature of being housed in a small box and sold with a screen instead of in a large tower. When you look at it, it’s a bit reminiscent of Apple’s famous Mac Mini. And you know what ? The price is really good!
A good price for a fixed PC of this caliber, including the screen
After a little research, this Ideacentre AIO 5 appears to have hit the market for almost $1600, which is frankly expensive considering the beast’s components. Fortunately, Boulanger’s advertising is very aggressive.
What components are we talking about? Here’s a quick summary (we’ll get into the details later):
- graphic card : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050
- processor : Intel Core i5-10400T
- R.A.M. : 16 Go DR4
- warehouse : SSD NVMe from 512 Go
- Screen : 27 inch, QHD, with webcam and microphone
- Son : JBL speakers, Harman certified and Dolby Premium Sound
- Windows 11 incl
All this in a super original format and, above all, particularly practical and aesthetic. This is referred to as a “All in One Computer”. For a tower and a screen with similar characteristics, it would not be surprising to pay around the 1200 $.
There, Lenovo’s Ideacenter costs 999 dollars thanks to the reduction of -37% announced by Boulanger. The giant Lenovo proves once again that it is capable of one of the best value for money on the market (as seen in the Legion 5 gaming laptops, for example).

A good Apple-style fixed PC, versatile between telecommuting and gaming
Let’s be clear from the start: you won’t be able to run the most greedy and nervous games of the moment with this machine. But that doesn’t mean that this “idea center” is a bad PC.
Players are still entitled to a RTX3050which, without being a high-end graphics card, still allows for very nice things, like enabling the latest fashionable features (yes, we’re thinking of ray tracing in particular).
Playing in Full HD you can enjoy any modern title, even the most demanding, in a super fluid way without concessions (or almost).
In QHD, “2K”, which is the resolution of the screen that comes with the PC, you may have to sacrifice some graphic effects for the best experience.
To enjoy a solo RPG à la Elden Ring or a quiet MMO à la Dofus, everything is fine. The games that will cause more problems are the most nervous, like Call of Duty Vanguard, which require the best possible fluidity to be played competitively.
Speaking of fluidity, the screen seems great for working and watching videos, but we haven’t seen its refresh rate anywhere, expressed in Hertz. If it’s not highlighted, it’s because we’re not betting on 144Hz, we’re betting on 60Hz or 75Hz (which you can already have fun with at 60fps).
With its very good sound system, camera and microphone, the Lenovo screen is really designed for a use oriented more towards comfort and versatility than hardcore gaming. Everything is consistent.
In terms of performance, an i5 supported by 16GB of RAM gets the job done in the vast majority of applications. Once again, it’s even the dream for office automation and web (with 16GB of RAM, you’ve got dozens of tabs in Chrome).
In short, we have here a beautiful beast, adapted to many people’s modern use and classy enough to put on a desk. It doesn’t matter, it counts!
To be honest, we think the case is beautiful for $999.
