In terms of price, it should play by 25,000 dollars in the region. The mass production of the VW ID.2 is to start this autumn. And maybe some interested parties are waiting for the 20,000 euro VW, the long-awaited VW ID.1.
Against this background, Volkswagen has probably chosen another facelift, a so -called “product rating” of the VW ID.3. The first facelift took place in spring 2023. Like the magazine Edison has experienced, a fresh VW Id.3 (2nd facelift) should appear in the first quarter of 2026 – at the same time as the market launch of the VW ID.2.
And it should not only be a cosmetic update, but also a “comprehensive and profound measure”. The roof and tailgate of the ID.
