If you’re looking for free gaming material, you’ll soon find it in a special way: you could get three Fallout classics for free in the next week.
The latest free offer started in the Epic Games Store this Thursday. This is Dakar Desert Rally, a racing game that you can now get for free for a week until February 22nd – provided you have an account in the Epic Games Store. If you take advantage of the offer, you can keep the title permanently even after the promotion ends.
At the same time, Epic Games also gave a preview of the coming week, and it’s quite something. Three classics from the Fallout series are available for free on the PC.
First of all, these are Fallout itself and its sequel Fallout 2 – the first two of the once influential role-playing games that laid the foundation for the later first-person RPG parts. Anyone who would like to catch up on this now has a suitable opportunity to do so.
There is also Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel – a spin-off from 2001, which also received mostly good reviews and focuses on turn-based tactical battles. If you want to expand or even complete your Fallout collection, you should make a note of next Thursday in the Epic Games Store.
As usual, the three games will be available for free for a week, until February 29, 2024. Then there will be the next free PC title or titles from Epic Games. Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition had previously been available for free twice in comparable promotions in the Epic Games Store.
