Far: tidal changes, an atmospheric vehicle adventure that follows the emotional journey of a boy and his ship, is coming to Xbox Game Pass on the first day of March.
Set to hit theaters March 1, the story follows a boy who embarks on a journey to find a new home, sailing through storms, diving into unknown depths, and exploring forgotten ruins in a flooded world.
If you’re not an Xbox Game Pass user, it also appears on platforms other than those developed by Microsoft. You can also buy it for PlayStation, Switch and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store.
To celebrate the game’s release date and pre-order availability, developer Okomotive has created two new low-fidelity soundtrack videos called Soundwaves, created using in-game assets.
In their two-hour run time, these “meditation videos” invite listeners to get lost in the world created by the studio. The videos provide a visual and audio representation of the crashing waves and the rhythmic thumping of the engines that power crumbling boats around the world.
You can watch and listen to the first of these here.
