Most virtual farmers should have already noticed that the new Farming Simulator 22 will appear in the fourth quarter. Now Giangts Software has also announced new features.
The PC version of the Farming Simulator 22 appears in limited numbers as a stylish Collector’s Edition including high-quality rotating beacon. Also included are two posters, 24 stickers and new modding tutorials. Depending on their region, buyers of the Standard Edition can also look forward to a Fendt 900 Vario, Massey Ferguson 8S, Case IH Magnum 340 or Zetor Crystal on the cover. Anyone who is up for something like this should keep an eye on it.
New features have also been announced. With production chains, the farming simulator 22 gets a new economic level. Players now deliver their harvested crops to various farms for further processing. The grain mill, for example, produces flour and thus begins a lucrative production chain, at the end of which fine bread or delicious cakes are created in the bakery. Depending on the goods to be produced, the respective company must first be supplied with the necessary raw materials such as sugar or butter. After production, the goods are delivered to dealers such as the local supermarket. While some shops and manufacturing facilities already exist, players are also building them to expand their operations and sources of income.
In addition, the game gets two new maps and a revised version of the alpine Erlengrat map. Elmcreek, on the other hand, is located out of town and is characterized by raging rivers, hilly areas with underpasses and a rushing waterfall. A typical American highway, a gas station, a baseball stadium and huge silos also determine the flair.
Further features and details will be revealed at FarmCon, the official and annual community event for modders, developers and players of the farming simulator. FarmCon 21 takes place from July 21st to 23rd with daily Twitch streams.
