Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 Reunion is making waves once again, announcing its coming to all platforms.
In the meantime, it has become a real selling point, the graphics resolution and especially the frame rate are on everyone’s lips. Recently, A Plague Tales Requiem and especially Gotham Knights have also made a name for themselves by choosing the path of 30-40 fps without additional graphics mode, which has deeply disgusted a majority of gamers. And at a time when optimization is a hot topic, Square Enix wants everyone to agree to Crisis Core FF7 Reunion.
Crisis Core Reunion optimized with onions?
Available December 13th Crisis Core Final Fantasy 7 Reunion will appear on all consoles in the market and on PC. Therefore, to reassure the players, Square Enix has published the list of performance targets for each medium. Optimizations in individual cases, which should have little effect, remains to be seen whether these will take place.
First and foremost, the PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles intend to display a target resolution in native 4K at 60 fps, which would ensure the game has finesse and optimal fluidity worthy of some current big games. while PS4 and Xbox One are content with 1080p at 30 fps. The PS4 Pro and Xbox One X versions can display 4K, certainly dynamic, at 30fps.
Eventually the Switch will set to 720p at 30 fps. Performance on PC mainly depends on your hardware. Square Enix has already shared the recommended specs on the game’s Steam page, also claiming that it will support 120fps. The PS5 and Xbox Series don’t seem to be affected by this last option. The editor also didn’t talk about different graphics modes on the new consoles from Sony and Microsoft, but if he does deliver what he announces, then that Crisis Core Reunion should please his fans.
