In the last Pitch notes Starting Friday June 18, 2021, EA Sports will inform us that they have added an interesting new feature by the end of the Festival of FUTball campaign.

Due to coincidence, the developers decided in two minutes, especially if it makes FIFA look like a money game, to integrate the preview packs into FIFA Ultimate Team for a few days. But what is it then? One way to know what a pack is made of that you want to buy with FUT Coins or FIFA Points before you crack … or then run away.
For the entire end of the Festival of FUTball campaign, all FUT packs available in the FUT Store will be preview packs. Although the packs keep their usual names, they work differently from the ones you normally use. Preview packages allow you to see specific package items before you decide to purchase them. Packs that you don’t get directly from the FUT Store, such as Division Rivals Rewards, or that you earn in Goals or SBCs, are not Preview Packs and will continue to work as before.
Care will be taken to ensure that some will be available for a long time – an idea that is more than interesting and whose temporary nature suggests an experiment. It is a sure thing that the numerous surveys and studies that qualify Lootboxes as games of chance have motivated EA to look for a solution that does not unduly hinder this real goose that lays the golden eggs that FUT lays. Will the experience be so successful for everyone that FIFA 22 takes advantage of the Entry Previews Packs? Nothing is less certain.
FIFA 21 is for PS5, Xbox Series X | S, PS4 and Xbox One available.
