Square Enix has been working to try to phase out physical copies of Final Fantasy 7 Remake early.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake The publisher Square Enix had warned that some physical copies would be delayed due to the damage caused by the corona virus, so a solution had been found.
The company announced today that copies originally intended for Europe and Australia have been sent. Square Enix hopes that this will ensure that these copies are available in these regions, but also realizes that doing so may give them to certain players before the game's global release.
Copies scheduled for other regions, such as the Americas, will ship this week and should arrive before the official release date of the game. Square Enix disclosed all of this information in a statement posted on Twitter, urging fans who get a copy of it as soon as possible not to disrupt other people's games.
