Most recently, Square Enix has already hinted that news about Final Fantasy VII will soon be expected. Now a corresponding stream has been officially announced.
In a few days we will probably know a lot more about how the Final Fantasy VII Remake will continue. After it had recently become rather quiet about this, Square Enix had recently announced upcoming news. Now it’s clear: In the new week it will be time!
Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the original Final Fantasy VII game, there will be a major Anniversary Stream this coming Thursday, June 16th. The starting shot for this will be at 11:59 p.m.
What can you expect? The broadcast will last around ten minutes and will offer a “first look at all the information that will be released around the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy VII.” So maybe there will be a release date for the next episode of the successful remake. Final Fantasy VII was first released for the PlayStation in 1997. The title was hailed as a milestone in the RPG genre. Since then, over 13.9 million copies of the game have been sold worldwide.
