On X (formerly Twitter) The well-known leaker Ice Universe has presented a possible design of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. It is clear: If the S25 Ultra looks like this, it will do a lot differently than its predecessor.

It is obvious that the phone shown by the leaker has rounder corners compared to the S24 Ultra. You can interpret that however you want. Some people like the “edgy” design, others find the corners of the S24 Ultra too sharp and are afraid of injuring themselves on them. In any case, this risk would no longer exist with the phone shown by the leaker.

An asymmetrical back – for your hands

How GSMArena The back of the S25 Ultra could also be rounded, and even asymmetrical, with a stronger curve at the top of the back and a less pronounced curve at the bottom. The theory behind this is that this would make the phone easier to hold.

Admittedly, that sounds like a lot of changes between two device generations, but there are several reasons that speak in favor of a more rounded S25 Ultra: First, Samsung has already shown with this year’s wearables that it can completely change design – see the first headphones with a stem, Samsung Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro.

In addition, the upcoming operating system, One UI 7.0, is already rumored to have a much more rounded design overall than the previous versions. Perhaps the Samsung S25 Ultra is one of the hardware products of Samsung’s “round era”.
