First pictures and information, it looks huge

It had to happen: The next Jurassic World film finally provides information about its plot as well as the first pictures of the main actors.

Universal Pictures has finally released the first images of Jurassic World Rebirththe seventh film in the famous series starring Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Bailey. This new work, directed by Gareth Edwards, promises to breathe new life into the world of dinosaurs.

Jurassic World Rebirth, a new beginning

This is the plot of Jurassic World – Rebirth takes place five years after the events of Jurassic World DominationIn this now hostile world, dinosaurs survive only in isolated tropical environments where the climate is still favorable for them. Among these creatures, three giant dinosaurs hide a precious secret: their DNA could enable a revolutionary medical advance. In short, a classic that won’t upset fans too much.

In fact, Scarlett Johansson plays Zora Bennett, a covert operations expert. She is tasked with leading a dangerous m ission to extract DNA from the remaining dinosaurs. She is accompanied by Duncan Kincaid, played by Mahershala Ali (Moonlight

, Green Book). But also Dr. Henry Loomis, a paleontologist, played by Jonathan Bailey (Bridgerton). Rupert Friend (Hometown) plays Martin Krebs, the representative of the pharmaceutical company that finances the expedition. The team is completed by Philippine Velge (Station Eleven) and Bechir Sylvain (Federal Ministry of Finance). As well as Ed Skrein (Dead Pool).

An unexpected encounter

Be careful, if you want to keep a little secret, the following already gives clues to the scenario; it is purely official.

We therefore learn that their mission takes an unexpected turn when they encounter a family whose boat was attacked by sea dinosaurs. Together they find themselves on a mysterious island where they discover a terrible secret that has been kept for decades. Manuel Garcia-Rulfo plays the role of the father alongside Luna Blaise, David Iacono and Audrina Miranda.

Finally, Jurassic World – Rebirth is produced by Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley. Still with Steven Spielberg as executive producer. The film is scheduled to be released on July 2, 2025.
