Formula 1 starts in Japan this weekend. A total of three free practice sessions will take place from Friday to Saturday. So you can see them for free on TV and as a live stream.

From Friday 7th to Sunday 9th October Formula 1 races in Japan. A total of three free practice sessions will take place on the ‘Suzuka International Racing Course’. You can follow them on pay TV on Sky Sport F1 and as a live stream on Wow (formerly Sky Ticket) and Servus TV.

  • 1st free practice: Friday 7 October 4:45 a.m. on Sky
  • 2nd free practice: Friday 7 October 7:45 a.m. on Sky

Sky broadcasts the free training sessions on Sky Sport F1 on pay TV – a Sky Q subscription is required for this. Alternatively, you can stream the whole thing via the streaming service Wow (formerly Sky Ticket).
