Another update, with no patch notes for another week-but v12.30 seems to bring some surprises to players as two new items are introduced.
Continuing this season's spy theme, Kingsman Umbrella has now become a legendary item in the game. Probably these are based on Kingsman's comics and movie series, especially the scene where Harley fights with a umbrella in a bar-similarly, the item seems to be quite useful in Fortnite. You can use it to dart forward, smash things, hit other players and even block bullets (for a short time). Like a very delicate riot shield.

Umbrellas can even be used briefly as gliders, but this has caused trouble for some players, who apparently think that the umbrella will stay open for more than three seconds. An easy mistake because it looks very similar to Fortnite's famous Victory Paraglider.
If you want to make your own umbrella, you can find it in spy games and regular battle royal battle mode, but it doesn't seem to be in Team Rumble.
So this is an umbrella, but not the one in r / FortNiteBR
Another notable item added in the update is the crash pad, which swells to protect players from falling injuries. They can be used even at high altitudes, so they will be especially useful if you fall midway through the construction battle. Or if you want to get up one.
In other update news, five mysterious items have appeared in the water around the Agency since the update. I personally think they look like missile launchers, Data Miner's JobThey found them called "Doomsday Hatch". Even Fortnite couldn't rest.
