In the long-running Fortnite you can look forward to a new game mode that is only available for a limited time. The aim is to escape the dangerous island in an impossible escape.
In the new mode you stay with 15 other players on the island and are stranded there. From now on you have to prove that you can escape the island, with both PvE and PvP variants and corresponding opponents to be fought.
The goal in “The Impossible Escape” is to achieve freedom by escaping with one of up to three Choppas. However, these are not ready to go, but rather still in need of repair, which is why you first have to find four specific spare parts. These can be anywhere on the island, but there are all sorts of dangers in the form of wild animals and dangerous guards.
Once you have repaired a choppa, the player who is the pilot has to fly it to a vanishing point before the fuel runs out. Any player on board a chopper who reaches such a vanishing point wins the game. Teamwork is required for the mission to be successful; to do this, you can optionally form a team with them at every player encounter. A team can consist of up to four gamers.
As mentioned, a PvE version can be gambled as well as a PvP version of the game mode. In the latter, you will fight with other gamblers with very tough conditions, in PvE mode only against the other threats on the island. Special feature: In PvP mode there is only a single Choppa to get hold of.
Those who successfully escape from the island in the LTM receive the loading screen “Seemingly impossible” as a reward in PvE mode and the escape screen in PvP mode. The mode will be available until 3:00 p.m. on May 25th.
