For now, the conflict between Epic Games and Apple/Google is still unresolved and Fortnite is still not officially available for iOS and Android. It was without counting on the presence of Nvidia…

Officially, Fortnite is no longer available on the Play Store except via an Epic APK. On iOS, this solution is simply not possible. Under these conditions, who would have thought that the cloud would make it possible to play Fortnite on both media again?

A beta version

Indeed as stated Nvidia via Son Blog, Fortnite v join the program GeForce Now coming next week for iOS and Android. Everything will go through a temporary closed beta period. The most curious among you can register now via this link on a waiting list

. Small caveat for iOS: you have to go through Safari to play.

A quality experience on the schedule for Fortnite

Nvidia announces that it has been actively collaborating with Epic Games to offer the best possible ergonomics for this revival of Fortnite on mobile, especially in terms of touch controls, an element inseparable from this type of game for mobile users. Note that the game will also be compatible with Nvidia Bluetooth accessories (controllers).

This first test version will serve to demonstrate the performance of the servers and to verify the maximum achievable graphic quality of the game. In short, Epic seems to have found a nice solution to beat two big multinationals. Hats off to the artist…or thanks Nvidia, whichever you choose.
