LEGO Fortnite as a new game mode has immediately established itself as a complete success in the long-running favorite. We could soon expect a lot more new content as part of a crossover.
There is once again a fresh leak about the long-running and successful title Fortnite – and according to it, we may be in for another LEGO crossover in the hit from Epic Games. According to the latest information, a new campaign around the successful LEGO Ninjago series is apparently already being planned behind the scenes. The history of well-known collaborations in the game could possibly continue soon, after Fortnite had similar crossover campaigns with Family Guy, Metal Gear, Star Wars and many other brands in the past.
The new information originates from the well-known leaker Shiina, who shared findings from the Egyptian Fortnite Leaker data miners. Accordingly, a Ninjago campaign is planned later in the current season. As part of the crossover, we can expect corresponding buildings, enemies, bosses and “a variety of other content” from Ninjago for LEGO Fortnite.
Solid details about the new content are largely still pending, but Shiina already mentions General Vex, the Blizzard Archer and the Blizzard Sword Master as part of the collaboration. The Blizzard Samurai, led by General Vex, served as antagonists in LEGO Ninjago Season 11.
There is no specific release date for the Ninjago update in LEGO Fortnite yet, but there is already great anticipation in the community following the leak. It still seems a little unclear whether there will also be Ninjago content in the classic Battle Royale. When asked about the availability of corresponding skins, Shiina simply replied: “We’ll see.”
