In the coming week, Chapter 2 Season 7 of Fortnite will start, but that’s not all: PC players also have reason to be happy, because the Battle Royale hit gets graphical improvements on their platform. Epic Games announced that today.
In the graphics settings you will therefore be able to look forward to innovations in the “Epic” option. A correspondingly powerful computer that meets the requirements, provided that new and expanded effects as well as improved post-processing functions and a higher shadow quality are possible.
In addition to the “Epic” option, the “High” quality preset also has new functions in the Battle Royale and creative modes. Here you generally benefit from improved storm and cloud effects as well as from extended smoke and liquid simulations. The options “Low” and “Medium” as well as the alpha performance mode remain the same.
