In the battle royale genre, there is primarily a three-way battle between Fortnite, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds and Apex Legends for the top. What title does Momentum currently have on its page?

The revenue-generating battle royale genre has many successful faces, but the picture in the battle for the top seems to be slowly but surely turning again. After Fortnite was noticeably ahead for months, the drop in sales of Epic Games titles continues unabated, according to new market data.
Like the market analysts from Superdata In their January report, sales in the free-to-play segment declined by a whopping 42 percent year-on-year – and the main reason for this is the continuing and further decline at market leader Fortnite. The Battle Royale hit by Epic Games had its worst month in terms of sales since November 2017!
Apex Legends, on the other hand, had an increase in user numbers of 12 percent compared to December – thanks to the Grand Soiree event – but this free-to-play representative also generated less sales than in the previous month.
So the laughing third party is the long-time favorite PUBG, which made the genre socially acceptable in the first place. In the meantime, the title had fallen far behind the competition, but while the latter continues to weaken in terms of sales, the momentum looks completely different here. The start of Season 6 in January brought the makers a massive 512 percent increase in sales compared to December on the PC.
In the future, the genre could get another competitor if such a free-to-play mode for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is actually released.
