Control's official Twitter channel has posted a teaser video announcing a release date for the first expansion called "Foundation": Ab March 26, 2020 you will learn more about the world of telekinesis shooter.

The video suggests that you are in the upcoming mini addon the search for Helen Marshall who, in turn, is Head of Operation in the Bureau. Here the characters talk about their remaining and note that they were last seen in the maintenance room.
You could get to know her briefly in the main program itself, but you never found out what became of her until the end. The DLC will apparently solve this mystery. You probably won't just do that Examine the foundations of the old house, but also the city in the Black Quarry.
What happens to Control afterwards?
The next DLC with the name »AWE« should appear in mid-2020 and apparently provide more information about how the world of Control is connected to that of Alan Wake. Easter eggs are already distributed in the individual games, as Elena explains in the following article.

The current plan will finally follow in August 2020 Release on Steam. So far, Control is only available in Windows and in the Epic Games Store. The exclusive rights were not cheap: Epic is said to have paid ten million euros for it.
The developer Remedy is currently working in addition to the extensions for Control on a still unknown project. Some players hope that this is Alan Wake 2. The studio has already indicated that it is a title based on its "own brands".
