Steam is offering four free games, including two new ones that are highly rated by players, but the offer is only temporary. We therefore have to act very quickly so as not to miss these opportunities.
Like every week, it’s another free games party, especially with the release of upcoming titles available on the Epic Games Store. But Steam is also increasing its efforts to enable all of its users, without exception, to play for free, but not only that. As a rule, a number of promotions are available at the same time with which you can still earn some money. In the last few days, PC players have been able to test DNF Duel, West Hunt and Republic of Jungle. What are the following? We introduce them to you.
Two free games on Steam this weekend… and more!
It’s the last day of the week and as always, the Valve platform has planned to fill your weekend with free Steam games. Titles that are always complete, but cannot stay in your library for a lifetime. In fact, these are trial versions accessible for three days. You are then free to purchase them and often this offer even encourages promotions to be posted online. And that also applies to the two new games that are being tested for free today.
No man’s sky
Almost general tour for No Man’s Sky! Hello Games’ game is available for free on Steam until Monday, February 19th, but it’s also available for PS5. And even then, it’s 100% free as it doesn’t require a PS Plus subscription to get it. This is a big novelty in that it has never been offered in this way before, but there is a reason for that. The teams wanted to mark the occasion and celebrate the release of the Omega Expedition. A new feature that brings with it an additional adventure but also a whole series of changes. For example, there is a complete overhaul of the expeditions, a new pirate dreadnought and new missions to the planets. And these are just a few examples. No Man’s Sky is currently available for free on Steam.
Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2
After the space exploration of No Man’s Sky, the second free Steam game of the weekend invites you to call friends to play as Nickelodeon characters and take part in exciting Smash Bros.-style battles. The bat Nickelodeon All Star Brawl 2 can be tested for free until next Monday, February 19th. Sponge Bob, Aang from Avatar The Last Airbender, several characters from the Ninja Turtles (Raphael, April O’Neil…) and even Garfield are part of the cast of this sequel. As with the iconic Nintendo license, fighters have their own techniques, but also ultimate attacks that cause even more damage. If you want to keep the game after the Steam free trial, a 50% discount applies until February 22nd. Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 costs $24.99.
How to play No Man’s Sky and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 for free on Steam? It’s extremely simple. Of course, you must first have the launcher installed on your PC and have an active account. Next, go to the front pages and click “Play Game.” If No Man’s Sky interests you after that, it costs $29.49 until February 26, 2024.
That’s all ? Well yes, but if you’re curious about other games, there are more. RPG Maker XP, which allows you to create your role-playing game literally without any special knowledge in the field, is free until Monday, February 19, 7:00 p.m. Republic of Jungle, a political “Among Us,” is also available, but for an indefinite period of time. In fact, the developers have opened Early Access on Steam to everyone for some time now. The principle ? Two teams compete against each other. The loyalists, who must swear allegiance to President Puma and cover up any scandals that could affect him, and the leakers, who must uncover all possible cases and report them to journalist Fiona Fox.
