Final Fantasy 12 revolves around the Kingdom of Ivalice, in which the nation of the oppressed Dalmasca wages a struggle for freedom against the Archadian Empire. As a result, the game takes a much more serious course than Final Fantasy X.
While the original was released for the Playstation 2 in 2006, the remake called The Zodiac Age followed in 2018, which also made it to the PC. The improvements not only include better graphics and support for 60 FPS, but also improved combat mechanics.
