Fortunately, both resources recharge over time. But once they are used up, you are initially at the mercy of your opponent, defenseless. Therefore, despite the action, a tactical approach is required.
Defeated opponents sometimes leave behind objects and always experience points, which are typical of role-playing games, which let you rise in your level.
