The post-apocalyptic world of the first Frostpunk already made us live an experience in which humanity was trapped in a city in which it had to barely survive due to extreme low temperatures and lack of resources. A premise that will be repeated in Frostpunk 2, although 11 bit Studios wants take this proposal even further to make us have a very bad time.
This we can see with the new trailer of the game in which it is shown the difficulties that will have to be faced to prevent the population from rebelling against our mandate. And the fact is that the inhabitants will go hungry, they will want education to be free, that experiments will not be carried out in hospitals and another series of situations that will cause their disagreement.
The moral decisions that will have to be faced will be constant and with this new development it seems that they will be even more serious. We will have to thoroughly study the needs of the people and their demands in order to satisfy them enough so that they work and get ahead without dying in the attempt or trying to overthrow us.
In addition to all the above, the new trailer for Frostpunk 2 has confirmed that this sequel will become part of Xbox Game Pass from day one and will also go on sale for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. The question is, when will it happen? Well, for the moment the exact day remains unknown, but at least those responsible have announced that its arrival will occur during the first half of this 2024.
