For a short time only, Samsung is offering its current smartwatch models Galaxy Watch 6 and Galaxy Watch 6 Classic cheaper in its online shop. Until January 30th, 11:59 p.m., Samsung is advertising a discount of up to 80 dollars on the Classic model; according to Samsung, you can save at least 30 dollars on the basic version.
But that’s not all. On top of that, Samsung is also giving you the new Galaxy Buds FE. The in-ear headphones were only introduced in October 2023 and currently cost around 80 dollars online. That sounds like a lucrative offer, right?

In fact, the deal is only worth it to a limited extent. Because Samsung is charging at least 289 dollars for the Galaxy Watch 6 as part of the campaign, you can get the Watch 6 Classic from 359 dollars. Both versions are available cheaper from other retailers. The savings mentioned by Samsung do not refer to the offers from other retailers, but to the recommended retail price for the market launch in summer 2023. The best price for the Watch 6 online is currently just under 190 dollars, for the Classic version it is 260 dollars.
Buying from Samsung is only worthwhile for you if you are also interested in the Galaxy Buds FE. Then, depending on the variant, you may save a few dollars compared to buying it individually. Before you buy, do a price comparison again; depending on the option you choose, buying it individually can also be cheaper.
