Quantum Break by Remedy Entertainment has been listed as one of the games leaving Xbox Game Pass this month.
As spotted by Eurogamer, video game and TV show hybrid Quantum Break appears to be leaving Game Pass sometime in April, according to the Game Pass app (I checked the app myself, and it’s currently still at the time of writing. listed as leaving). Games come and go from the service every month, though this one is more notable because it’s an Xbox console exclusive. It’s a third-party title, but you might think that Xbox might at least want to keep its exclusive games on the service.
Quantum Break isn’t the only game leaving this month. Other titles include Riftbreakers, Panzer Corps 2, The Long Dark, Life Is Strange, Dungeon of Naheleb: Amulet of Chaos, Moonlight Bay, and Rainbow Six Evacuation, all of which will depart on April 16.
Upon release, Quantum Break received mixed reviews, with some critics impressed by the graphics and gameplay, but the game was often criticized for not putting together well as a complete package. It stars actors such as Shawn Ashmore, known for his live-action Iceman portrayal in the X-Men film series, as well as Aiden Gillan, Dominic Monaghan and the late Lance Reddick and other actors.
While Tango Gameworks’ Ghostwire: Tokyo will debut on Xbox on April 12, the full list of games coming to Game Pass in early April has yet to be announced. For Xbox, it will be a major update across all platforms, adding new game modes, quality of life improvements, expanded story cutscenes, and new locations to visit.
