The official German PS4 charts, determined by GfK Entertainment, are like dovecotes. In the Xbox One ranking, however, the creep factor remains high.

After One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 and Resident Evil 3, Final Fantasy VII Remake is the third new release to climb the throne of the hit list within three weeks. Here are the best-selling titles of the week from April 6th to 12th:
With the PlayStation 4 everything is firmly in the hands of Square Enix. Final Fantasy VII Remake wins both leadership positions and can take first place with the Deluxe Edition, followed by the Standard Edition in second place. Resident Evil 3 has to crumble to third place.
Resident Evil 3 continues to dominate Xbox One. The classic Grand Theft Auto V cannot be sold again and occupies second place with the Premium Edition. Doom Eternal is content with third place.
With the PC, everything is firmly in the hand of the long-running favorite with a lot of playing time. The indestructible The Sims 4 take the top, followed by the Farming Simulator 19. By contrast, any newcomers had no chance last week.
On Nintendo Switch everything stays the same. Animal Crossing: New Horizons is no more thrown off the throne than Mario Kart 8 Deluxe from eternal second place.
