The North American medium Gamepot has announced "Play for All", an event where new video games will be shown gameplays and impressions and developer interviews will be posted after the cancellation of E3 2020 by the coronavirus. The initiative start in June and last for several weeks, during which time funds will be raised for the NGO Direct Relief. The collaboration of companies has been confirmed as Square Enix, Bethesda and CD Projekt Red, among other.
Since Gamepot they promise "over 100 hours" of video content live and on demand on their social media channels, which will include let's playsgames marathons, challenges, interviews and "special guests", in addition to the "most exciting announcements" and other exclusive content.
At the moment they have announced that 30 publishers and developers will collaborate with the initiative, but they promise that more will be added in the future. In the list, which we leave below, both major brands and Bandai Namco and Google Stadia as independent studios and publishers of the stature of Larian Studios (Baldur's Gate III) and Return Digital.

In addition to the Gamepot the initiative have the collaboration by Danny O'Dwyer (documentary maker on YouTube channel NoClip), the members of the podcast Giant Bomb and Greg Miller from Kinda funny.
During the weeks of the event there will be a page of GameStop linked to the non-profit organization Direct Relief, an NGO active in more than 80 countries "with the mission of improving the health and lives of people affected by poverty and emergency". Donations may be made to your campaign to fight COVID-19.
Other alternatives to E3 2020
Another American medium, IGN, announced in early April Summer of Gaming, an event held in June where they will have the collaboration of companies (CD Projekt Red, 2K, Square Enix, SEGA, Bandai Namco, Amazon, Google Stadia, Twitter, Devolver Digital, THQ Nordic and more) to make digital events to replace E3 2020.
Although the Entertainment Software Association fair will not be held in physical or digital format this year, some companies will host their own online events. such as Xbox, Ubisoft and Stadia.
