You may have noticed while walking through Tatarasuna: a dome blocks part of the island. To lift the latter, you will need to complete a side quest. Together, let’s see the steps you need to take to access an area that contains in particular Electroculus.
The stories of Tatara
Start teleporting to the Camp Kujou, on the island south of Ritou. As soon as you arrive there is a guard right in front of you, Toranosuke, with a side quest for you, symbolized by the blue exclamation mark on his head. Talk to him to start it.
Then talk to Miyuki and to Toranosuke, then to Xavier at the location indicated on your card. He will then tell you about the dome and send you to watch it in 3 different locations.
For the first location, just go down and kill the enemies, then investigate the marked location.
For the second you need to use the electrogranum, then catch the spark at the top of the barrier by holding onto the electric butterflies and then examine the indicated location.
Third, an electrical barrier prevents access. Interact with the electrogranum opposite, on the sea side, to cross the barrier and thus investigate the area. Then go back and talk to Xavier
1st cannon
Go to the location shown in the first screenshot and use the electrogranum To climb. The cannon awaits you right after the stone stairs. You must aim by entering the directional controls. Once to the right, then twice up, and pull. You will then destroy the first part of the dome.
Second weapon
Then teleport to the teleporter south of the des Camp Kujou. The cannon is right behind it. Use the electrogranum, then for direction controls, Go left three times, then up twice and shoot
3rd weapon
Finally, teleport to the teleporter south of the previous one. The cannon is waiting for you right behind it. On the direction controls, go 3 times to the right, then 2 times up and pull. Congratulations, you just destroyed the barrier.
But wait ! Before exiting, return to the cannon and turn around 5 times left, then pull. This will destroy the barrier that holds access to one Don Jon, and you will unlock an achievement too.
Go back to see Xavier and talk to him. You are attacked by stupid. Kill them, then get closer to them Mikage oven, indicated on the card. You’ll need to take a photo of it (go to your main menu and go to photos in the top left). Then sign up Xavier to complete the quest and collect 50 Primo gemstones.
