You must unlock access to this new boss, especially as it drops the materials needed for Nahida and probably other characters! Like other bosses in the genre, you can only collect his rewards once a week.
And to access it, all you have to do is… complete the story quest for this patch. This one is quite long and allows you to fight it. However, you must complete it fully to collect its rewards.

Where is the dendro hypostasis?
The other boss in patch 3.2 is the Hypostade Dendro, which will primarily give you that Vines of Extinction necessary for the development of certain Dendro characters, including Nahida.
To access the boss, teleport south of Aaru Village onto the teleporter near the boss icon. But when you arrive, don’t look back. Go straight and then jump hover. Then turn around and you will see an entrance on the right to access the boss.
