Genshin Impact Yougou Cleansing | Gall Tumor
The final stage of sacred cherry purification will take you to Mount Fuji. Yougou, west of Kamisato Estate. After purifying the troubles, talk to Kazzari, and then head to the mountain.
Talk to Kazzari again. Jump out of the hole and confront Ochimusha to force Miasmic Tumor to appear. You need to keep holding on to Electrogranum because this area will cause Electro damage like a Kamisato Estate barrier.

Miasmic Tumor created three purification puzzles during the battle. You must clear these puzzles to make it vulnerable again. The first two follow the same pattern, and the main temple is 1 every time as always.

Tumors also regularly produce Ochimusha enemies, so having a therapist at your party is not a bad idea. Neither enemy is particularly difficult to deal with, but it is easy to be overwhelmed.
After defeating the tumor, talk to Kazzari again to finally complete the task of purifying the cherry blossoms. In your reward, there is a mask item that can teach you one of Genshin Impact 2.0 to update the blueprint of the weapon.
