Pandora, ready, shown, World

Several months have passed since Avatar: The Sense of Water was released in theaters around the world. Obviously, its success was resounding and the box office numbers were outstanding, but despite the fact that it has only been on the market for a short time, many fans already want to see some preview of the third part of the saga created by James Cameron.

Well, because of the digital release of Avatar 2, we have had the opportunity to see the first concept arts of the biomes that we will see in the third part of the franchise. Whereas in the first two films we saw something more tropical, it seems that Cameron has grown tired of this climate and has opted for much more extreme biomes.

First we find a desert biome in the purest Tatooine style, although it is true that it seems to have a more “alive” aspect than the arid planet of Star Wars.

Later we have seen a gigantic active volcano and with pints of launching lava at any moment. This is probably the biome that we see the most in the third part, knowing that the main enemies (apart from humans) of Jake and company will be a new clan of ash-worshipping Na’Vis.

Last but not least, we have seen a mountainous and snowy biomesomething similar to Caradhras Pass from The Lord of the Rings, although this time without dark lords who cast spells at us from afar to try to throw us down.

We will have to see how this third part of Avatar evolves, but everything indicates that the ambitious world created by James Cameron will not stop expanding and we will be before the settlement of a gigantic world where the big winner of all this will be us, the spectators. Avatar 3 is scheduled to be released next December 20, 2024.
