Goat Simulator 3 might be one of the most underrated games of 2022. I’ve grown a lot more interested in it than its predecessor, and its Easter update — aptly titled Crackdown — added a plethora of Easter eggs, both literally and figuratively.
As Easter approaches, St. Angola has a ton of new content in store for the holidays. First, a giant Easter egg has appeared off the coast of the region, and to open it, you’ll need to hunt for the egg in St. Angola. To make the challenge even more exciting, each egg you find will give you a nice reward.
All in all, you’ll have the chance to unlock 19 new decorations for your goat, shark, or whatever animal you like to gallop around San Angola. Some Easter eggs to look forward to are new TMNT-themed outfits that turn your goat into a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. There’s also a saddle that lets you swallow objects and turn them into eggs, basically turning your goat into Yoshi (very fitting, considering the Super Mario Bros. movie released today.)
You can also dress up your goats as rubber chickens, or even turn them into Nyan Cats. None of this appeals to you? You can also be an Easter egg however you want. That is, if you complete the egg hunt across San Angola. Either way, there are plenty of new opportunities to cause chaos and look crazy while doing so.
If you haven’t played Goat Simulator 3, I highly recommend it for some simple but weird, easy fun. The Easter update is now free to play and install!
