Without being the ultimate slap in the face, God of War Ragnarok is one of the most beautiful games on the market and a new version of the game proves it once again. Watch your eyes!
God of War Ragnarok is an epic conclusion to the Norse epic that began with GOW (2018). A highly effective and delicious blockbuster, available on PS5, PS4… and PC since September 19, 2024. Furthermore, he seems to be shining brightly on this platform and we should talk to you about it very soon. A few days after release, players have already adopted the game to further improve it, and the detour is worth it.
God of War Ragnarok roars its might in 8K
Even if God of War Ragnarok closes a page in the saga’s history, the license should still survive well. Several job offers appear to confirm the development of a new GOW game, in addition to a new license that would be led by Cory Barlog. Kratos and Atreus’ latest adventure is now playable on the PC and, as is usual for big games, has attracted modders like the YouTube channel Digital Dreams. After Red Dead Redemption 2 or Cyberpunk 2077 in 8K, God of War Ragnarok on PC received a graphical facelift.
Once again, Digital Dreams is using a combination of a Ryzen 9 7950x, an RTX 4090 and 32GB of RAM to run the game at 8K with ray tracing compatibility. This configuration is where God of War Ragnarök really shines, it’s just great. And again, this is just the beginning of the title, and these are not the most beautiful moments of this adventure. If you’re planning on attacking the Nine Realms and are worried about your configuration, here are the PC specs for God of War Ragnarok. You’ll see whether or not you can run it in Ultra at up to 4K and 60 frames per second.
